I’m thankful for the blessings of humor and laughter. Good, clean humor and simple things that make life fun, things we can laugh at and about and with others. When I try to imagine a life without any humor, a life without any laughter—I honestly don’t know if I could bear that life.

As Christians, that laughter should bubble up out of us, springing from our source of true JOY, the Spirit. From knowing that we are in God’s hands and we can trust him, completely and utterly, come what may. Make me that person, Lord.

Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”
